NAT is specifically structured for large transport category aircraft modification programs requiring FAA and EASA certification, and has developed our personnel, capabilities and processes specifically to support complex aircraft modification programs.

As the Program Integrator, if requested NAT will take the leadership role on behalf of the customer with all suppliers involved in the project. NAT employs an experienced Program Management team with widespread aircraft modification program experience. At the onset of a program, NAT will facilitate the definition of all supplier specifications, requirements and responsibilities. NAT will work in close coordination with the customer to establish program requirements with each supplier, develop the overall program plan and schedule, monitor supplier progress, and identify and mitigate risks that may be introduced to the program.

NAT has the demonstrated infrastructure, qualifications and intellectual capital to successfully complete complicated aircraft modification programs on schedule and within budget
